Do you want confidence in offering games based experiences and learning rather than drills, and want to challenge any perceived limitations and discover what is possible?

England Hockey are launching a new workshop specifically designed for secondary school teachers – “Introduction To Hockey for Teachers”

At the end of the workshop teachers will leave with:
- A grasp of hockey in its current form and how it can be played at any level
- An understanding of how to apply the Golden Thread in lessons, practices and activities
- Ideas on how to deliver hockey regardless of the limiters in their way
- Ideas on how to develop creative and practical ways to deliver hockey in dynamic, contextual learning environments
- Confidence in planning safe, fun lessons or sessions that have implicit learning and relevance to a wider curriculum

This workshop will be free for teachers to attend, places will be limited so please do ensure that you are able to commit to the full day of learning prior to expressing an interest.
