To help you find your way around etc, we've put together this guide.

Getting Here
We host all of our fixtures at the University of Cumbria Sports Centre, Wyresdale Road.
At peak times this sports centre carpark can get busy, you may wish to use the larger university car park which can be accessed using Bowerham Road.

Meeting Place
There is sufficient space for teams to meet outdoors if you wish.

Changing Rooms
These can be located in the Sports Centre. Just head in to the reception and through the double doors down the corridor. The changing rooms are on the right. Please be aware these are not locked so do not leave valuables.

Warming Up On The Pitch
The pitch is available from 11:30am for 12 noon pushbacks. At all other times, the pitch should be available at least 15 minutes prior to pushback.

Warming Up Outside the Pitch
While the grass looks enticing, we'd ask that you don't wear your astro's if you use it to warm up, particularly when it is wet and muddy. There are plenty of open spaces around the campus including the car park where you should have space to warm up.

Spectators
There is space around the outside of the astro for you to either watch from behind the fence or stand on the inside at your own risk. No seating provided.

Rubbish
We'd be grateful if you could take this away with you after the match. Bins are provided but please empty any liquids first.

Refreshments
There is a drinks vending machine in the Sports Centre reception but we cannot guarantee it will be operating.
